FAQ
What is your shipping policy?
All custom decks and t-shirts are shipped typically via USPS Priority or First Class (depending on quantity, type of order, etc.) and can take anywhere between 3-10 days for you to receive your order once an order is printed and processed (see your shipping options at checkout). Small quantities of stickers are sent via the U.S. Mail and usually take between 3-8 days from when an order is received.
DOMESTIC
Since our printer for custom decks is based in Nevada, orders that are being delivered to that part of the country will be delivered sooner than those in the Midwest or those to the East. All custom deck orders carry a general $1 shipping cost no matter where you are located within the continental United States. Our t-shirt printer is located here in Washington state where the same rules of a shipping timeline apply. All single t-shirts and hoodies carry a general $6 shipping cost no matter where you are located within the continental United States.
INTERNATIONAL
Unfortunately, we can not accept international orders at this time. If we receive enough requests by international customers, we will reconsider.
What is your refund policy?
We not only take great pride in designing our products but also stand behind them. But, if you believe you have received a product that is either defective from the printing process, or you believe that the product was not correctly represented by our website, please contact us and we will gladly refund your money, excluding shipping costs.
How long before I can get my hands on my order?
See shipping policy above.
What type of printing process do you use?
Each of our current line of products (decks, apparel and vinyl stickers) use a different process. Our decks use a full color heat transfer method mixed with a screen printing process. This lets the inks sink into the wood as opposed to just “sitting” on top of the board. This results in a more vibrant, colorful and permanent design. Our apparel uses a traditional screen printing process using Plastisol inks. Plastisol is the traditional inks used in the screen printing industry. Thick, vibrant prints that sit on top of the shirt. Because we wanted our logo to stand out as much as possible, we decided to go with these vibrant inks. Our stickers use a 4-color offset printing method on vinyl that make all of designs very happy.
What type of payment options do you offer?
We take the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express as well as PayPal & Venmo. Or, if you are on an Apple device, you can also use Apple Pay. Venmo is available on all mobile devices that have the Venmo app installed. To use the Venmo payment method, choose click on the Paypal button and you will be given a choice of paying with either Paypal or with Venmo.
Will you be offering up any new designs?
Yes. Because we are a small, family run business, our first priority is to make sure that any current orders, questions or user accounts are handled first. Once that is done, our next priority is to come up with some new designs, shirts, stickers, etc. As soon as a new design is approved and everyone agrees that it meets the Forbidden standard, then we are off to getting it ready for print. If you would like to keep up with us and would like to hear whenever any new designs are posted on our site, just subscribe below to our email list and we will let you know when they are ready to view. We promise not to send you weekly junk, links to cat videos or just BS emails - just news about new designs - that’s it. Nothing more. We like to keep it simple here.
